What is this blog even about?

Heyyyy!! My name is Alison Grimes and I am writing this blog with the hopes of spreading some knowledge about the recession. I am sure many of you are thinking "I am sick of hearing all this bad news about the economy," well so am I. I want to show people of all ages how the recession is affecting my generation. I think the focus is always placed on corporations, banks, government plans and unemployment, but no one ever talks about how this also hurting teens and college students. That is my goal here on this blog, to show that the unwanted decline in the economy has truly trickled it's way all the way down to the 18-25 age group.
